Follow the steps below to set up your Direct Deposit.

Get your Insight Account and routing numbers.

Log in to your Insight account. View the Direct Deposit form received with your card. Call the Insight Customer Service hotline at 1-888-572-8472 and press 3 to hear your direct deposit account and routing numbers. Visit an Insight partner store and request a direct deposit form print out.


Use your Insight routing and account numbers.

Give your account numbers to your employer or benefits provider. For federal government benefits, enroll by visiting https://godirect.gov/gpw/contactAgency/ and calling the appropriate Agency number. The phone numbers are not Insight numbers but belong to the various government agencies as listed. Just make sure the name on file with your employer or benefits provider matches the name on your card account.

Stay in the know.

Log in to set up Account Alerts for deposits made to your account. We’ll send you a text or email when your refund is deposited to your account.
